Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has publicly celebrated her senior colleague, Mercy Johnson, with a heartfelt tribute, describing her as a pillar of strength who has supported her for almost a decade.

In a post shared on social media, Etinosa revealed that Mercy has been a major source of support since 2018, although the actress prefers to keep much of her good deeds away from the public.

“Since 2018, almost 10 years ago, you have been my bedrock. My pillar of strength and my king of support,” Etinosa wrote.

She explained that Mercy does not enjoy publicity or making her acts of kindness public, which is why their relationship and the support she has received from her have largely remained private.

“Mama no too like publicity and noise, so we don’t post, but you see this woman; she is selfless, and she comes through for everyone, not just me,” she added.

Etinosa also praised Mercy for using her influence to support her career, particularly by mentioning her name in important circles and creating opportunities for her.

“Apart from you mentioning my name on big tables, I’m also your big fan,” she said.

The actress went on to acknowledge the numerous things Mercy has done for her and others that have never been shared publicly.

“God bless you for all the things you do that we cannot post. Your kind is too rare o,” she wrote.
