Comedian Deeone Turns VeryDarkMan Into ‘APC Candidate’ in Shocking Move

What started as online banter has now spiralled into a full-blown content war involving Martins Otse and comedian Deeone.

Following the prison update on Linus Williams Ifejirika, aka Blord, for using the image of Very Darkman on his product advert without consent, Comedian Deeone issued a bold warning. He declared that any “Ratel” who uses his image in content would not just get a response, but would trigger something far bigger. His threat? Turning VeryDarkMan into an unintended political campaign face for APC.

To test his resolve, several loyal followers of VeryDarkMan went ahead to flood social media with content featuring Deeone’s image, daring him to act and act he did.

In the late hours of Sunday, 5 April 2026, Deeone posted a video revealing printed campaign banners bearing VeryDarkMan’s face, boldly stamped with the message: “31 GOVERNORS ARE WITH APC, 2027 IS A VERY BIG GUARANTEE FOR APC – VERYDARKMAN.” What many dismissed as clout chasing quickly became reality, blurring the already thin line between entertainment, personal rivalry, and political messaging.
