Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has taken a swipe at bloggers following reports alleging that she had cut ties with her mother, Rita Daniels, her siblings and close friend Cassie during what some sources described as a detox and rehabilitation process.
Rather than directly address the allegations, the actress appeared to question how much bloggers earn from stories about her, jokingly suggesting that she could negotiate a deal to benefit from the attention surrounding her name.
In a post shared on her Instagram Story, Regina wrote, “Okay, quick question and out of curiosity. Bloggers, how much money do you make off my name? I mean, we could negotiate, I give you more infos, I get a percentage and we all win!”
She went on to suggest that her life away from social media would be even more dramatic and interesting than the stories being circulated about her.
“Fun fact, you would be so intrigued and glued to my life offline. It’s giving some foreign movie. I might just go into the business since I can do it at the comfort of my home,” she added.
Her comments appeared to poke fun at the constant attention her personal life receives online, with the actress seemingly turning the reports into an opportunity to joke about the business of celebrity gossip.
However, Regina did not directly confirm or deny the claims about her relationship with her family and close friend in the posts quoted above.
