Nollywood actress Rita Edochie appears to have taken another swipe at Judy Austin following a viral video of actor Yul Edochie celebrating actress Lizzy Gold at her all white birthday party.
In the video circulating online, Yul and Lizzy are seen dancing together at the celebration, which reportedly took place on a yacht. The footage has since drawn attention on social media.
Reacting to the development, Rita shared a cryptic message about life, relationships and the impermanence of certain positions, suggesting that being chosen at one point does not guarantee a permanent place.
“God giveth, and taketh. Even the new bride has now confirmed it. What a beautiful way for life to teach a lesson without opening a textbook,” she wrote.
She went on to suggest that some people who once celebrated another woman’s loss could eventually find themselves in similar circumstances.
“The most entertaining part of life is that nobody needs to remind you of your old words. Circumstances have a way of replaying them for you, sometimes with better actors and a much bigger audience,” she added.
Although Rita did not explicitly name Judy Austin in the message, her remarks appeared to fuel speculation that the actress was directing her comments at her amid the online conversation surrounding Yul and Lizzy.
Rita concluded her post by thanking God and praising Warri women, writing, “Indeed, Itsekiri no dey carry last. Kudos to every Warri girl who God is using to pay evildoers in their coins respectively.”
Her post has added to the social media conversation surrounding the actors, with the message drawing attention for its apparent references to past relationship controversies. However, Rita did not explicitly identify the person she was addressing.
