Media personality and commentator Solomon Buchi has challenged Pastor Tobi Adegboyega to take legal action against him over his comments concerning the pastor and his church.
Buchi was reacting to recent remarks by Adegboyega, who urged anyone with allegations against members of his church to report the matter to the police or pursue it through the courts.
In a video shared online, Buchi accused the pastor of attempting to intimidate critics by referencing possible legal action and dared him to sue him.
“My warning to Tobi. If you’re a man born of a woman, sue me. Let me teach you how to be cooked. We are in England, sue me,” Buchi said.
The media personality also alleged that some people had suffered as a result of Adegboyega’s actions and claimed that individuals were prepared to come forward publicly with their experiences.
Buchi further suggested that Adegboyega’s comments were intended as a warning to critics, but maintained that he was not intimidated by the prospect of facing the pastor in court.
According to Buchi, he would welcome legal proceedings because they would provide an opportunity for both sides to present their respective cases before a court.
He also referred to a previous legal dispute in which he claimed to have successfully sued other individuals, using the experience to reinforce his challenge to Adegboyega.
The exchange comes amid an ongoing public debate involving Adegboyega, his church and allegations raised by critics. Buchi’s statements are his own claims and allegations, which have not been established by a court.
