Popular media personality Frank Edoho has opened up about the emotional struggles men face privately, revealing that he once battled a dark emotional phase for nearly two years without anyone knowing.
Speaking during an interview on the YouTube show Outside The Box, the television host reflected on the pressures of manhood and the silent pain many men carry behind closed doors.
According to him, he never wants emotional pain caused by a woman to become the reason for his death, stressing that he hopes to leave the world remembered for spreading happiness and kindness rather than regret.
“The task of manhood is very daunting. Men don’t speak. Men go through a lot,” he said while explaining how many men silently endure emotional struggles without seeking help.
Frank Edoho also shared how he privately struggled through a difficult emotional period years ago, saying he chose to face the situation alone while trying to reorganise his life mentally and emotionally.
His emotional revelations have since sparked conversations online, with many Nigerians discussing mental health, masculinity and the emotional pressures men face in relationships and everyday life.
