Medvedev, Other Players Stranded in Dubai after Flights Restrictions

A handful of tennis players, including Daniil Medvedev are unable to leave Dubai after airspace restrictions were imposed following recent Iranian airstrikes in the region.
Medvedev had just competed at the Dubai tournament when travel disruptions began.
He and other players were scheduled to fly out for upcoming events, but flight cancellations and the temporary closure of parts of the airspace halted departure plans.
Coaches, officials and tournament staff are also reported to be affected as operations at Dubai International Airport remain limited.
According to a report by Reuters, the ATP has been monitoring the situation and staying in contact with those impacted while travel clearance is awaited.
Travellers remain in the city as flights continue to face delays and cancellations.
