Ahead of the commencement of the 2025/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, newly promoted NPFL side, Barau FC have strengthened their squad with the signing of experienced duo, Jimmy Ambrose and Emmanuel Okoko Jr.
Ambrose, and Okoko joined Barau FC from Plateau United and Katsina United respectively.
The duo have made 200 appearances in the NPFL for their clubs.
It would be recalled that Barau FC recently appointed Ladan Bosso as the technical adviser ahead of their maiden campaign in the NPFL.
Barau FC will take on eighth-time NPFL champions, Enyimba in their opening fixture of the 2025/26 season.
The new season will commence on Friday, 22nd August.
