### Ruth Kadiri Breaks Silence on Claims That She Is Hiding Her Husband From the Public

Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has addressed long standing speculation surrounding her marriage, insisting that she has never deliberately hidden her husband from the public.

Speaking during a recent episode of the *Dear Ife* podcast, Kadiri explained that although her husband is not a familiar face in entertainment circles, he has always been part of her life and is known to people close to her.

The actress said she regularly steps out with her husband and that photographs of him have even been shared publicly, but many people simply do not recognise him.

“People keep saying I am hiding my husband, but for clarity, my husband is not a secret. People who know me know my husband,” she said.

Kadiri added that she and her husband go almost everywhere together, stressing that his low public profile should not be mistaken for secrecy.

“My husband is someone that we literally go almost everywhere together and they post his pictures. It is just that people don’t know him,” she explained.

The actress has largely kept details of her family life away from the spotlight, a decision that has previously fuelled speculation about her relationship.

Kadiri and her husband welcomed their first daughter in August 2019 and their second daughter in July 2022.
