The controversy surrounding Nkeiruka Okoro Blessing continues to deepen, and this time, it has pulled in media personality Adeoba Paul, popularly known as Mario Wazobia.
In a seven minute video, just immediately affter Daddy Freeze’s live session on Wednesday, 1st April 2026, the on air personality addressed Nigerians directly, moving from defence to apology after initially standing by Blessing CEO during her cancer claims.
According to him, he closely followed her appearance on the Instagram Live session hosted by Daddy Freeze, where she attempted to respond to growing doubts around her alleged stage four cancer diagnosis and the medical reports circulating online.
Mario Wazobia revealed that beyond what the public saw, he had private conversations with her. In those chats, he had requested medical proof to support her claims before offering any form of assistance. She reportedly sent him what she described as her doctor’s report.
However, he now alleges that the same document she shared with him matches the controversial FAKE report already circulating online, one that has been widely questioned and described as manipulated.
To support his claims, he presented screenshots of Instagram and WhatsApp conversations, along with voice notes, all pointing to what he believes was a deliberate attempt to mislead.
In a noticeably apologetic tone, he distanced himself from the situation, expressing regret to Nigerians who may have been influenced or financially affected by the initial narrative.
What has further shocked many is the contradiction. While Blessing CEO had publicly denied posting any medical report, these new claims suggest that such documents may have been shared privately, raising even more questions about authenticity.
At this point, the situation has moved beyond social media drama. It now sits at the intersection of trust, influence, and accountability.
