Turkish Super Lig giants, Besiktas have turned down a bid from Ajax Amsterdam for Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi.
According to transfer expert, Ben Jacobs, Besiktas purposed a €2m loan with €12m buy option for the 29-year-old.
Ndidi linked up with the Eagles from Sky Bet Championship outfit, Leicester City last summer.
The defensive midfielder was named the club’s vice-captain a few days after his arrival at the club.
Besiktas reportedly rejected an approach for the player earlier in the window.
