Fenerbahçe had a meeting in Milan for Ademola Lookman, but it was interrupted after the club’s president, Sadettin Saran, returned to Turkey.
According to a report from TRT Spor, the first meeting between Fenerbahçe and the player’s side was mostly positive.
The report also stated that the club are preparing to make another approach for the 28-year-old player.
Fenerbache bitter local rivals Galatasaray are also interested in signing the forward, who was the match winner for the Super Eagles Tuesday night against Tanzania in continuation of the 2025 AFCON in Morocco.
Ademola Lookman, who has a contract with Atalanta until 2027, has a market value of 35 million euros.
