Former BBNaija housemate Anto Lecky has announced her promotion to Special Adviser on Tourism and Creative Economy in Edo State, barely over a year after being appointed Senior Special Assistant in the same sector.
Sharing the news, Anto expressed gratitude to Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo for the opportunity to continue serving the state.
She wrote, “In just a little over a year, I’ve been given a promotion to do more for my state, and I am extremely grateful. Together, let’s take Edo to the world.”
The reality TV star also called on other public figures and celebrities appointed by state governors to take their responsibilities seriously and deliver on their promises to the people.
Acknowledging that returning to their home states to serve might require sacrifices, she urged them to embrace the opportunity, stressing that their people need them and that the work can be rewarding.
