Nollywood actress and reality TV star Venita Akpofure has revealed that most of the men who approach her romantically are younger than her, attributing their confidence to their “bravery and audacity.”
Speaking on a recent episode of the Tea With Tay podcast, the 39-year-old actress said her youthful appearance often makes people assume she is much younger.
“I am 39, but if I told you I was 28, you would believe me. I only get approached by younger men. They are more courageous than the older ones,” Venita said.
She suggested that younger men compensate for what they may lack financially with confidence and boldness when approaching women.
“What they don’t have in their bank accounts, they make up for with bravery and audacity,” she added.
Venita, who is divorced and a mother of two, has previously been linked romantically to fellow reality star Adekunle. Their relationship reportedly ended shortly after their appearance on Big Brother Naija All Stars.
