Afrobeats star Rema has reportedly expanded his property portfolio with the acquisition of a luxury apartment in Dubai, becoming the latest African celebrity to invest in real estate developed by Binghatti Holdings.

The announcement was made by Binghatti executive Essam Raghab, who shared a photo of himself with the singer at the signing ceremony on Instagram.

Rema’s latest acquisition places him among a growing list of prominent Nigerians who have invested in high end properties in Dubai.

Other Nigerians linked to luxury real estate investments in the UAE include billionaire businessman Abdulsamad Rabiu, business mogul Femi Otedola, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo, who also played for Manchester United.

The acquisition adds to Rema’s growing profile beyond music, as the singer continues to build his career and personal brand on the global stage.

For the 25 year old musician, whose international success has seen him perform on some of the world’s biggest stages, the Dubai property marks another major addition to his growing list of assets.
