The ongoing feud within the Okoye family has taken another interesting turn after the spokesperson of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, appeared to publicly express support for Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P.

Adeh shared a throwback photograph of herself with the singer on Facebook on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, recalling that they first met about a decade ago at the Nigeria Police Force Headquarters in Abuja.

Alongside the photograph, she wrote, “How time flies. Ten years ago (2016), I met my all-time fav Mr Psquare at the NPF Force Headquarters Abuja #IbelievePeter.”

The post comes amid Peter’s increasingly public dispute with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, and their elder brother, Jude Okoye, over the management, ownership and alleged handling of assets associated with the former music duo, P-Square.

Adeh’s use of the hashtag “I Believe Peter” has since attracted attention online, with some social media users interpreting it as an indication of where her sympathies lie in the increasingly bitter family dispute.

The Okoye brothers’ feud has continued to generate controversy, with Peter and Jude presenting conflicting accounts over the group’s finances, royalties and business dealings.

As the dispute continues to unfold publicly, Adeh’s seemingly supportive message has added another unexpected voice to the conversation.
