Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez, through his legal representatives, has issued a pre action legal notice to fellow rapper Odumodublvck over alleged defamation, harassment and related claims.
According to the notice, Blaqbonez’s lawyers accuse Odumodublvck of making defamatory statements and allegedly threatening further publications capable of damaging the rapper’s reputation.
The legal team is demanding that Odumodublvck publicly retract the alleged statements, issue an unreserved apology, and cease any further publications they consider defamatory.
In addition, the notice seeks ₦2 billion in general damages, alongside other reliefs, for the alleged harm caused to Blaqbonez’s reputation.
The letter also gives Odumodublvck seven days to comply with the demands, warning that legal proceedings may be instituted if the issues raised are not resolved within the stipulated period.
As of the time of filing this report, Odumodublvck had not publicly responded to the allegations or the legal notice.
