Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema has once again captured attention with his luxury fashion choices after his jeweller unveiled details of a custom-made diamond necklace reportedly worth $500,000 (about N680 million).
According to the jeweller, the set features a one-of-one angel pendant and a specially designed pillar link chain crafted from yellow gold and fancy shape VVS diamonds.
The piece was created using a mosaic “snowsetting” technique and includes a fully iced-out three-dimensional angel pendant covered with diamonds on both the front and back.
“1of1 Angel pendant and a first-ever made 1of1 pillar link. This chain was made with yellow gold fancy shape VVS diamonds with mosaic setting ‘snowsetting’ along with a full 3D angel iced out from back and front. 500K USD for the set,” the jeweler wrote.
The luxury accessory drew attention ahead of Rema’s appearance at the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Group D clash between the United States and Paraguay.
The singer performed alongside LISA of K-pop fame and Brazilian music star Anitta at the event held at the Los Angeles Stadium in California.
Rema’s performance marked another major milestone in his growing international career, while the eye-catching necklace quickly became a talking point among fans and fashion enthusiasts online.
