The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, has announced plans to give one of his adopted daughters, Chiemeka Chibuzor, in marriage, as part of efforts to secure her long-term care and wellbeing.
Chinyere disclosed that the 21-year-old woman, who is autistic but able to speak and hear well, requires a responsible partner who will provide companionship, protection, and stability.
According to him, the prospective husband must be a young man who is physically and mentally fit, stressing that the arrangement is designed with the best interests of the young woman in mind.
To support the union, the cleric pledged extensive benefits for the couple, including lifetime financial support, a free house for life, and a home to be built in the names of both husband and wife.
He added that the church would also carry out regular, unplanned supervision visits through OPM staff to ensure the safety and wellbeing of his adopted daughter.
Chinyere noted that the initiative is part of his continued humanitarian efforts, aimed at ensuring that vulnerable individuals under his care are protected and able to live happy and fulfilled lives.
“This arrangement is to ensure that she is properly cared for, protected, and lives a happy life,” he stated, adding that additional support measures would be made available to the couple as needed.
