Africa’s football governing body, Confederation of African Football (CAF), has named four Golden Eaglets players named in the WAFU B U-17 Championship Group Stage Best X1.
The quartet are forward George Agba, captain David Edeh, midfielder Thompson Boluwatife and defender Godwin Menyaga.
The Golden Eaglets finished top of Group B in the competition after a win and draw against Benin Republic and Burkina Faso.
Manu Garba’s side defeated Benin Republic 4-1, and held Burkina Faso to a 0-0 draw.
