Former Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Mr Ima Niboro yesterday lauded Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta for his leadership style that has transformed and impacted the people of the state.
Niboro, according to a statement from Government House which was made available to newsmen in Asaba, yesterday, made the commendation after a breakfast meeting with the governor.

He said Oborevwori’s determined push for infrastructural renewal evokes memories of a time when Deltans fasted and prayed for such progress.
“Oborevwori’s stewardship has matched the increased federal allocations with well-planned, well-funded projects that are already reshaping the landscape of Delta state,” he said.
Niboro disclosed that during their conversation, the governor expressed confidence that even greater milestones lied ahead, “Delta have not seen nothing yet! Bigger, much bigger things are coming,” Oborevwori was quoted as saying.
The former NAN boss affirmed his deep respect for Gov. Oborevwori, adding, “If he did not earn it, you will not see me a hundred miles near him.”
