Super Eagles new Head Coach, Eric Chelle, has released his first-ever provisional squad for the Nigeria senior national football team.
Chelle has called up 35 players ahead of this month’s 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Captain Ahmed Musa returns to the squad and is joined by assistant captain William Troost-Ekong and midfielder Joe Aribo.
Chelle has also included six new faces, blending experience with fresh talent.
Home-based stars Papa Mustapha, Kayode Bankole, and Ifeanyi Emmanuel Onyebuchi have received call-ups.
The Eagles will play away in Kigali on March 21 before hosting Zimbabwe on March 25.
