Gift Orban became the joint leading scorer in the Turkish Super Lig this season after scoring in Amedspor’s 3-2 win over Beşiktaş.
The Nigeria international also registered an assist in the keenly contested encounter.
Orban has so far scored seven goals and provided two assists in the Turkish top-flight this season.
Trabzonspor winger Mohamed Salah has also scored the same number of goals.
Orban’s compatriot Victor Osimhen has netted six goals and delivered two assists for Galatasaray.
The striker opened scoring for Amedspor after 13 minutes against visiting Besiktas and then provided the assist for his team to double their lead at 2-0 in the 22nd minute.
