Socialite and businessman Cubana Chiefpriest has stirred reactions online after showing off a fleet of luxury cars in his garage, all customised with the inscription “City Boy,” amid ongoing political conversations ahead of the 2027 elections.
The display comes months after the celebrity barman contested for the APC ticket for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency seat but lost the party’s primary election to incumbent lawmaker Canice Nwachukwu.
Despite the setback, Cubana Chiefpriest suggested that he remains politically relevant and continues to enjoy strong backing from influential figures within the ruling party.
According to him, people mocking his failed bid online may not fully understand the level of support he still commands behind the scenes.
His latest post, which featured the customised vehicles parked in his garage, has since sparked speculation about his political ambitions and the nature of his relationship with key figures in the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Cubana Chiefpriest’s comments also appear to signal that his loss at the primaries may not mark the end of his political journey, as he continues to project confidence about his standing within the party.
