Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has sparked reactions online after opening up about his marriage, relationship values and views on men being overly submissive to women.
Speaking during an interview on The Honest Bunch podcast, the actor revealed that he met his ex-wife, May Edochie, while they were both preparing for their WAEC examinations.
According to Yul Edochie, their relationship eventually led to marriage when he was just 22 years old.
Reflecting on relationships and marriage dynamics, the actor stated that he believes it is “foolish” for men to become overly subservient to women.
He advised men to establish clear boundaries in their marriages and not accept everything their wives do without questioning it.
