Teenage Boxing Sensation Animasahun Signs Promotional Deal with Zuffa Boxing

Nigerian boxing prospect, Raheem “Baddo” Animasahun, has signed a multi-year promotional deal with Zuffa Boxing in Lagos.
The signing marks a significant milestone in the young boxer’s professional career.
Animasahun, regarded as one of Africa’s promising boxing talents, made history as the youngest West African champion at the age of 16.
He recorded a sixth-round technical knockout victory over Richman Ashelley of Ghana in 2024, after his opponent failed to continue in the seventh round.
The deal places Animasahun among a roster of elite fighters under Zuffa Boxing, including Conor Benn, Jai Opetaia, Edgar Berlanga, Richardson Hitchins, Efe Ajagba, Serhii Bohachuk and Mark Magsayo.
With the new agreement, the boxer is expected to take his career to the global stage, while representing Nigeria.
The development signals a new phase in his career, with prospects of increased international exposure and higher-level competition.
