The All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima on his 59th birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader and a steadfast party man whose life and career continue to inspire Nigerians.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, said the Vice President had left indelible footprints on Nigeria’s political and developmental landscape through years of dedicated service.
“Your Excellency’s life at 59 has already made indelible footprints on our national promenade and continues to be an inspiration to many,” Morka stated.
He highlighted Shettima’s journey from his early career in banking to his years as commissioner and governor of Borno State, then senator, and now Vice President.
“You have carved your profile as a public servant with an unyielding devotion to the pursuit of excellence. As a patriot, you have worked tirelessly for peace and unity of our country,” the party’s spokesman said.
Morka noted that Shettima’s unwavering loyalty to President Bola Tinubu had been crucial to the strides recorded under the Renewed Hope Agenda, describing their partnership as a cornerstone of the administration’s reforms.
He prayed that Almighty Allah would grant the Vice President more years of sound health, wisdom, and strength to continue his “illustrious and awe-inspiring service” to Nigeria and humanity.
