Former Grassrunners FC and Sporting Lagos FC coach, Paul Offor is on his way to joining Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Akwa United.
Offor, who last handled Grassrunners FC, Remo, Ikenne, we scooped is at the verge of teaming up with the Akwa Ibom State based outfit.
The Delta State born gaffer you would recall guided Sporting Lagos and brought them from the Nigeria National League (NNL) to the NPFL before the team suffered relegation after his sack.
The ambitious Akwa United won two Premier League titles under the watch of coach Kennedy Boboye but unfortunately were relegated last season on the last day of the league for the first time in their history, which they are hoping Offor can replicate his success with Sporting Lagos to help them navigate their way back to the NPFL.
